Windows XP Pro Should or Shouldn't?

XP Pro has been the most stable OS for me yet. I'd end up doing the fdisk repair method about once a quarter with everything else but W2K. XP is the only OS my 9 year old hasn't crashed yet too, she's playing Clue Finders 3rd Grade as we speak.

I've never had an upgrade install that worked worth a damn, would usually do it if I was in a hurry, and then end up doing a clean install after enough BSOD's
