Windows XP Pro logon help

I have windows xp pro with sp2 installed and I have 3 accounts on it, but for some reason I can only get the internet on mine(the adminastrator). The other ones say that they cannot display this page. Is there something I can do to fix this so that my other users can get the internet too. The are on a limited user basis.😀
