Windows XP Pro install stuck

I've been installing Windows for an hour now and it still says it has 33 minutes left but it's still responding (bar on bottom of screen and text) anyone know whats going on?
 
[*]Have you had XP on your rig before?
[*]Can your system complete 5 passes of memtest86+?
[*]Pull all expansion cards except video.
