Windows XP Pro install problem!

Hey everyone i am in the process of reinstalling windows on a friends computer everything was going smoothly until it couldn't copy driver.cab file from the windows cd. I skiped the file and right now am finishing the install, i'm a little worried that i won't boot into windows when the setup is done. I think there might be a scratch on the cd damaging the driver.cab file. Is there anything i can do without replacing my cd? like download driver.cab or anything like that. Thanks!

Update: I just finshed the install and everything seems fine, i can reboot without a problem right now i'm install sp1 and sp2

you need that ..should be able to get from another XP cd

yeah i know i installed sp1 then sp2 and good lord it killed the system so uninstalled sp2 and everything magically fixed itself (i was having network/sound driver problems) well i guess i WON'T install sp2 on my machine. I haven't had any problem concering the driver.cab file if i can get it off the cd where should i put it anyway? can i do that will it screw anything up?
