Windows XP pro - computer is configured so that no login is needed

The guy who built my computer configured XP pro so that it automatically logs me into the default administrator account when I boot up. It does not ask for a password.

I can't seem to find the option to change this. I want to password protect my computer's admin account and make a user account for my gf since she uses the computer sometimes when I'm not home.

Have you tried going under Control Panel --> Users, and seeing if that changes anything?

That's exactly where you need to be.

I prefer the ol standby...goto start->run and type in "control userpasswords2"
click on the advanced tab and at the botton require cntrl+alt+del to login
