Windows Xp Pro 64 bit beta problem

Last week i try to install Windows Xp 64 bit beta, i downloaded it from microsft and try it. But when i install it its show me a blue screen of death. It appear just after the hardware scan, it says that i have a hardware problem, and its written some Haxadecimal code. so y was thinkin of bad hardware, but linux and Windows 32 bit SP2 work really fine. Is there some one here that can help me. My system spec are in here:
