Windows XP Printing Issue

I'm having trouble configuring printing in Windows XP. The Administrator can print but when a user tries to print an error message that says "problem communicating with the printer" displays and nothing is printed.

How do I configure this correctly?
 
I would uninstall the drivers and reinstall them, making sure as you keep clicking
OK, that you make sure on the screen that asks if you want only this user or all
users to select the appropriate one.
