Windows Xp...password needed

I can't get into my computer becasue Windows XP needs a user name and password.I never created a User Name and Password,is there any way i can get by it?

When you installed it asked you for an administrator password, just use "Administrator" as the username and the password you supplied to get in, make a user from there.
