Windows XP/Office 2003 Issues

I just tried to upgrade from XP home to pro. During the update it locked up, and continued to lock up in the same place each time I rebooted. Eventually I had to reinstall XP Home and was successful. However, now I am unable to open my Office 2003 programs.

I have been able to backup all the data I need in case a reformat is necessary. However, I do not know where to go to recover my Outlook emails and address book. Any help on this would be greatly appreciated.
