I have a 1.6a running at 2.4 prime95 stable.

This doesn't happen a lot, but it's frustrating when it does. When I click something and it doesn't respond for like 30 sec. What is causing this? Is there something wrong with my setting?
 
I have that happen if I use my Radeon 8500AIW and go over 2.44ghz....It acts lethargic, right??? Try clicking something then move the mouse. That oftens speeds up the opening of the window or program....

MIne is a result of the ardeon 8500 drivers being caught in an infinite loop (at least what winxp says when it usually starts in a 50/50 chance). It is likley related to the acpi and my mobo....When I use my old epox 4g4a+ I have no issues with same acrd and can run 2.736ghz!!!


I say hardware conflict and possible acpi conflict like mine...
