Windows XP issue on a netbook

I have a netbook that I just installed a sound driver for and now I get a blues creen error every time I to to boot it up. I have tried safe mode and tried getting into the recovery partition by doing alt f10 with no luck. I have an ultimate boot cd, is there anything I could do with that disc to help me fix this?
