Windows XP Install Starting....

I have a dilemma where when I am trying to install windows xp. After setting up the bios to first boot off of the cd-rom first, I get to the part where it should say to push enter to begin installation. However, it goes straight to the installation screen, and so this causes a problem when the computer restarts to begin the official installation. Please help!!

Btw, I used a different keyboard and it's not the problem.
 
I'm not sure I understand but if the installation has already copied over the files and is restarting just take the CD out of the cd-rom to allow the installation to proceed from the hard drive.
