My order's showing "Status: Please call customer service for additional information", so I just called customer service for additional information. The lady with whom I spoke said there was nothing wrong with the order, that I should expect delivery soon, and apologized that the site said I should call because there was no reason to call. Hmm...

But then again, I only ordered one.

I got the same status on mine. I'm not going to call, I'm just going to see what happens, which is probably nothing. :(

Got the same thing and I only ordered one. I'm just gonna wait for it. If it comes, great. If not, oh well :)

Just got off the phone with them (had a previous cancelled order that they charged me the shipping cost) and she told me that the item will be shipping from microsoft directly? And that I should expect it to ship no later than August 23.
Here's to hoping!

I did get charged $7.95 for shipping :/
I wonder if I should call them and complain about the shipping charge since they're taking a month to deliver it :D

I've got this status:

Shipment 1 Expected Delivery: 08/23/2005 Status: Please call customer service for additional information.

The WORST part about it is, I got charged 41¢ for tax! Grand total for 5 copies = $5.41 (FREE shipping). This would be so sweet if it went through. :)

If they are OEM how are you planning on selling them? You have to have hardware to go with it, like on Ebay

We apologize for any inconveniences we may have caused you. The price
of $1.00 on our website was a typographical error. The $1.00 was not supposed to be the price on the software and our policy lets ur customers know ahead of time that we are not responsible for typographical errors. We urge our ustomers to always read our policies on line so they don't get so dsappointed when these things happen. Besides, there is no way this item would be worth $1.00.

If there's anything else we can do to help you, please don't hesitate
to contact us.

Thank you for your patience concerning this matter.

And now we know why they have a "we aren't responsible for typos" policy (note bolded words quoted above).
