I just got 3, worst case scenario they cancel it. Staples messes up all the time anyways, u never know.

If you get it I bet it is just the CD. The XP Home code would be on the side of your PC. Dell will sent you a repolacement cd for not much you just have to have your code to use it.

Just got off online "help" with Staples re: the order cancel - was told if I reordered and the items shipped I'd get charged the full amount of the software regardless of what my ordered showed.

System Error...when I search staples for XP Home, I get the retail for $199 and the upgrade for $99. Looks dead. As if it were ever really alive.

My order's showing "Status: Please call customer service for additional information", so I just called customer service for additional information. The lady with whom I spoke said there was nothing wrong with the order, that I should expect delivery soon, and apologized that the site said I should call because there was no reason to call. Hmm...

But then again, I only ordered one.

I got the same status on mine. I'm not going to call, I'm just going to see what happens, which is probably nothing.
