I'm logged in as the Administrator and yet I'm getting Access denied err msg on files in another partition. Anyway to fix this? Thanks!

 
Yes, disable Simple File Sharing and take Ownership of the files. See Windows Help for details on both, I'd type out more details except I'm short on time this morning 😱
