Windows XP Firewall question.

Earlier I put a post saying that I could not use Xmanager to log into Unix machines since I upgraded to Windows XP. I seem to have figured out the problem and theat it was the XP firewall. I disabled it and Xmanager has no problems now. Anybody know how to customize the firewall to allow Xmanager to go through as well as how to customize the remote desktop paswords and accessability?
