Windows XP error with Windows Firewall/ICS

I am getting an error when trying to start the Windows Firewall/Internet Connection Sharing (ICS) under windows XP SP2. I did not have the problem under SP1. The error says: Error 126: The specified module could not be found. I have spent about 2 hours researching this particular error to no avail. Anyone help me?

You said you researched the prob for some time.

BUT just in case:

There are alot of different reasons for this error.

Go on, you have to try them out.

After searching and searching, my final solution is this: Uninstall SP 2. It seems it breaks a lot of the ICS stuff.
