Windows XP Drivers for NetGear FA310TX NIC?

Anyone know where I can find these? I tried pointing Windows XP to the driver disk and it said it found no software.

If I'm not mistaken, that NIC is based on the 'Tulip" chipset. XP should have drivers for it built-in.

hmm...then there must be a conflict or something, because all it says is "ethernet adapter"

it uses the built in drivers version 4.56.16.0

and daemon... turn off XP's fairy mode NOW:)

when it asks for a driver don't give it one, and let it look in windows for it.....


or just cram it down it's throat by choosing that device, in the "install from a list or specific location" then check "don't search. I will choose the driver to install" then pick the NGRPCI FA310TX

i own the Netgear FA310TX (great linux card) and when i installed winxp, the drivers got loaded automatically, you shouldnt have any problems.

if anyone has conflicts i should know, my fa310tx, radeon 32mb ddr, pic usb adapter, and some other devices are all on IRQ 9, my card still works fine tho...
