WINDOWS XP...Drive Letter Change...Problem !!!

A friend of mine rebuilt me a System and installed XP.

When he installed "Office", he did so from a "Network Drive" (I came to find out)...Well, before he gave me the System he changed the drive letters on the setup for some reason...Now, Word and Excel are "locked" - can only view documents and nothing else.

It asks if I want to fix the problem and reinstall the software, but I get an error saying the "Program Files" is the wrong path?

I can't even "uninstall" Office because it says there was an error with the installation - I am stuck !

Any help?
