Windows XP, Date and Time on Taskbar?

How do you get on the taskbar both the time and the day displayed? i have searched in the system and can't find it but i seen it before.

It even happen on my system once, after i installed a program the task bar got bigger and it showed the time and day but after i restarted everything went back to normal.

Unlock the taskbar and drag it up.

but i get three items instead, i get time, day and date, but thank you anyways.

A nice little standalone that I use called TClock Light ...lets you keep the regular sized toolbar and is highly customizable ie. display military time, seconds, am/pm, day of the week, the month, font, color, size etc...
