Windows XP boot

I was just wondering if anyone elses system does this...

Right after I load a clean install of WinXP Pro, boot times are hella fast. That progress bar, it doesnt even take more than 3/4 of the bar before it loads in to Windows. After I install all my drivers and stuff though it takes about 8-10 bars before it loads. After installing bootvis it takes it down to about 4-5.

I was just wondering if this is normal, or if there is one driver or application that is causing it to take so long to boot?

Thanks

BTW these are my specs:

AXP 1900+
Abit Kr7a-Raid
512MB PC2100
Maxtor 40GB x2 RAID 0
ATi Radeon 8500
