So after solving all my hardware problems from before, here and here, i finally managed to put the machine together...

it was perfectly fine for a few weeks, but now windows keeps giving me blue screens and forced restarts... and often multiple times in a row... how do i check out the source of the problem? what could be at work?

thanks a million for all your help!

Its rarely easy to track down the real cause of a blue screen.
What is the blue screen error message you get?

You may have to turn off automatic restarts:

1.Right-click My Computer, and then click Properties.

2.Click the Advanced tab.

3.Under Startup and Recovery, click Settings to open the Startup and Recovery dialog box.

4.Clear the Automatically restart check box, and click OK the necessary number of times.

5.Restart your computer for the settings to take effect.

It is most likely a bad driver or faulty hardware (install any new hardware lately? remove it and see it if goes away). Or remove all unneeded hardware and add them one at a time to see which piece is giving you the problem.
Bad RAM will often give you random blue screens and differing messages. Try a single stick of RAM that you know is good. You can also try to run memtest to test run RAM.
