Im running Windows XP and have a new M/B Epox 8KhA+ when I first set everything up about 3 weeks ago my USB has worked fine. I used my Camera and D/L pictures from the USB port. All of a sudden last night I noticed I couldnt D/L from my camera anymore. I went into my Properties and seen it says:
USB Universial Host Controller listed 3 times and all have the ! beside each one. Then says:
The drivers for this device are not installed. (Code 28)
When i tried removing my USB and letting WIndows XP redect my USB and it comes up finding:
VIA REV 5 or later USB Universial Host Controller, then says it cant load the drivers for some reason. :|
I tried installing the USB drivers that came with my Epox CD and still no goal. In my BIOS I have my USB enabled as well.
One last thing a few days ago my mouse curser wouldnt show up when booting up into Windows XP so I went and D/L drivers for my Logitech mouse which supports USB but have it hooked up through my PS2 port. Do you think the drivers are conflicting or since Im using it as a PS2 adapter and my mouse supports USB it could be the culprit?
Thanks!
