windows XP and ctrl+alt+del ?

before when I press ctrl+alt+del i used to get the options of seeing the performance tab,process, and the programs that is running in the background and some other stuff,but now when i press ctrl+alt+del all i see is the process that is running in the background and the option of ending some processes. could sombody tell me how i can get the original way back.
 
What RVN said. Double-clicking task manager toggles between showing everythng and just the area that has information.
