windows xp advanced file security settings.

<FONT size=3> some freak accident in which i have no idea, my files are being created with the security settings set without the "everyone" tag. this makes files that i share inaccessible to the guest account and any others that are not administrators. my old files are fine, but nay new files that are created, do not have the everyone attribute. is there a way to fix this so that in the future i dont ahev to manually add "everyone" also, nhow do i set a group of folders and their contents to have "everyone"? </FONT>
