Windows XP 64bit Beta

I ordered a beta version of Windows XP Pro 64bit back in DEC from Microsoft and still haven't recieved it!! WTF? Is anyone else still waiting? I emailed Microsoft, and they replied with BULLS#!T excuses! When will it ship?
 
I already did. But the point is that I paid $25 for the mail order version, and Bill Gates has already spent the money on lotto tickets and beef-jerky at the corner 7eleven, and he's not returning my calls either. What a bum. I hope they repo his mansion. Anyone got his cell #?
 
Beta was closed because they've finished the product. MSDN subscribers can get the final release now.

Anyway, it kinda sucks that you paid $25 and didn't receive your merchandise. ANy particular reason why you felt the need to pay for the media given that you could download it?

Anyone had any good experiences with the beta? Seems like of all the reviews I read, there doesn't seem to be any big hurry to migrate even if you are already on a 64bit processor because Apps just don't take advantage of the larger memory address space.
