Windows XP 64 bit install & raid question

I have an MSI K8N Neo4/SLI Platinum motherboard with the onboard serial raid. I have downloaded the NV Raid drivers from MSI's web site and pressed F8 to install those drivers when I start the Windows install.

I have 2 WD 36 gig Raptor hd's in a Raid 0 configuration for a total of 72 gig raid partition, this is my C: drive.. I also have a D: drive that is a 200 gig hd and an E: drive that is a 160 gig hd.

Now the problem...when I get to the screen in the Windows installation process where it ask what partition and drive to install Windows on...it only shows my 200 gig hd (as my C: drive) and my 160 gig hd (as my D: drive). It doesn't show my raided drives.

Any suggestions on what I'm doing wrong here?

When I boot up it shows my raid is there in the bios start up screen.

Thanks!

Nobody seems to have responded to your question. Are you still stuck? I just installed xp64 on a raid0 array off an nv4 chipset, and it was a bear. If you're still working on it, post back, and I'll help out as best I can.

Thanks I did get it working. Got x64 up and running and it's very fast on my 4400+. I have DVB card and it will not work in x64...drivers will not support x64. If it hadn't been for this...I would have kept x64 installed. But I've already went back to regular XP.

Thanks for the help!
