I finally found a way to connect my Webstar Cable Modem so that windows x64 would recognize it, through the USB. I connected it, it detected it, than it asked for the drivers, i put the drivers on and then it said
DIGITAL SIGNATURE NOT FOUND, MICROSOFT XP NOT COMPATIBLE. What can I do?? I need internet to play all the games I got for christmas

You need 64bit drivers for that device. Check with the manufacturer.
