If you are using a ghost boot disk you should be able to do it (it ought to just all run as 32bit code).

Try altiris also...any of them should work at a dos prompt or using UBCD4 and using the 32 bit app. We generally boot up into UBCD and image using the 32 bit altiris client. 2 gig image dumped down in less then 2 min through usb 2.0.
 
Acronis True Image can be found pretty cheap... such as $25-35 and it's worth every penny. You'll be able to use its boot CD for this purpose.
 
Yes, True Image as all these app can't work under 64x windows. But you can create ATI bootable CD on another computer with 32x Windows or Linux. After it you can just load from this media that will run True Image and then clone your hard drive with the help of it.
