windows wont load

it says some type of file is missing (config.syms) i cant even go in safe mode, it says install the orginal disc and press r to fix it, i dont have the disk , what are my options?
 
If you are missing a file on an NT based system you can try booting the cd and going into the recovery console.

Once there, select your windows installation and issue the following command

SFC /scannow

this "should" have windows check for missing or corrupt files and fix as needed. Sometimes you will need a reload
