Windows won't load after AMD Catalyst 13.12 install

I sometimes get a seemingly random issue where my comp with 3x290s gets a black screen after the Win7 splash screen. For some reason it seems to happen when I have my mouse connected. I am running Cats 13.11 beta 9.5 but admittedly I don't use that comp normally so I can't tell you if I ever get a BSOD like you.

Do you get the same issue if you have no peripherals connected?

I think I'm going to delete that first post lol. That BSOD(blue screen of death) was a fluke and I haven't gotten one since. I do get a BlackSOD's like you just mentioned after the splash screen. Haven't tried removing the mouse. I'm usually forced to reboot and then Windows automatically disables it to allow Windows to load. I can give it a shot though. I'd also get a BlackSOD whenever I tried to enable the second card in Windows. Both issues could be due to so many other things but once I verified I couldn't run the system with only that card installed, I knew where the problem was.
