When the ac is on even at a minimal temperature, the glasses were getting frozen and sometimes during night time, through the frozen part, I am unable to see the road. What is the cause of this issue. Or since the age of wear and tear of the vehicle, can I put a thin layer of sticker on it. Suggest ideas..

If you are getting frost on the windows, you should turn the heat up, not run the AC at minimum temperature.

If you have the defroster and heat on full blast and are still getting frost on the insides of the window, your car is running too cool. Could be a blocked heater core, low coolant, bad blower fan, or a thermostat problem. Try putting cardboard in front of the grille to keep the radiator warmer.

I'm not able to tell if you are describing a normal condition that you are unaccustomed to, or a problem with the vehicle. It can take quite a while for a vehicle to warm up. If the windows are freezing cold blowing humid air on them will cause the moisture to condense and maybe even freeze on the inside. Is the freezing happening on the inside?

Dave the AC kicks on automatically to help defog when the front defogger is selected.

I remember on my wife's old 1995 Honda Accord that when the defogger was selected the AC was engaged. If the outside vent wasn't selected moisture (from the human occupants) would condensate on the interior of the windows. It wasn't until someone told us to switch to outside air vent that the problem went away. This wasn't during winter weather, but I can imagine that condensate freezing in wintry conditions.

The A/C is meant to take the moisture out of the air, but you should have the temperature turned to hot - essentially running the A/C and Heater (to remove the moisture and to heat up the windshield).
