Windows version question

Good evening all, i just bought a Acer laptop with "Windows 7 Home Premium OE" thats what it says on the sticker with my key, not OEM just OE. Is this the same as OEM? i downloaded a image of windows 7 Home premium OEM so i can do a fresh install and get rid of all the pre loaded crap. I however dont want to wipe my drive and find my CD keys wont work with the version of windows i downloaded.

it would be easier to just unistall the extra stuff but yes its an OEM version of Win7.
