Windows Update won't install

This update downloads like once a day - Security Update for Microsoft .NET Framework, Version 2.0 (KB922770), but it won't install, it will just go through the installation screen for a feew seconds and will list this as an update that was unable to be installed. Has anyone else had this problem or can tell me how to fix it?
