Windows Update Problem : New created User?

I just did windows update - now I have to click on my ONLY user name to start up the computer.

When going to User Accounts, there is a new user: ASP.Net Machine A - what the hell is this?

How do I go back to having the computer logon without me having to click on a username in the welcome screen?
