Windows Update Page

Does anyone know any reason why http://windowsupdate.microsoft.com/ will not load in my IE browser. I normally use Firefox, but obvisouly MS won't let you use that page on FF.

The page is basically just blank. I am using Zone Alarm, any setting in there which is bizarrely blocking it? (no other pages seem to be blank)
Or perhaps some option in IE that is preventing it?

Any ideas!? Please help, thanks

(I've fidled around with a few activeX options, but they don't seem to be making a difference and perhaps because I don't know which ones can be enabled and disabled.

In IE, Tools-->Internet Options-->Security tab... is Internet Zone set to Medium? I don't think it'll work if it's set higher, but you should at least get a warning about it.

And as long as IE is allowed to access the internet in ZA, that shouldn't be the cause.

Thanks, it was set to some custom level. Don't remember customizing it. Set it to default medium, seems to be working; hopefully that level is still safe.
