Recently I have installed the Blaster Worm patch, MS Office XP Pro, and Visual Studio Academic.
The reason I noted the above is because I had not previously had this problem. I have installed all of these on my laptop (xp home) and my desktop (xp pro) both are having the same problem.
When I go to the windows update site, I can scan for updates, select the update, and begin download/installation...
But, after I agree to the EULA and begin the download, it fails. The download dialogue box then closes and it diverts me to a webpages that says "No updates were Installed. To try again click Review and install and try again."
It doesnt even give me an error code.
This is beginning to piss me off. Any suggestions? Is there any way that I could just order all of the Windows XP updates on CD?
