Windows Update Adminstrator Error

I just reinstalled XP, and now I can't get Windows Update to work. I get the "You have to be an Administrator to use Windows Update" error. This is when I am signed in as Administrator. I remember back when I first installed XP some months back having this same problem, and someone posted a simple solution, changing one thing in the registry, or in something else. Anyone remember what that was? I have also tried the Run As thing, but it doesn't work either.
