Hi All,

I have a win 2003 TS that has been running happily for a long time. now all of a sudden when ever a particular remote site tries to print the TS restarts. I have tried everything that I am aware of, I am hoping that there is someone that has seen this before and would be able to give me the heads up.

Errors in the System Event and Application Event logs? Memory Dump available for analysis? What's special about that particular remote site?
 
as far as special goes not much at all, it is a small hospitality venue with a few POS units and 1 admin PC that makes use of the terminal server. It is using a cannon printer, we even replaced the printer and had the same problem. I have other reote sites using the server but different printers, and they are not having any trouble, so I am assuming it is site specific, or printer specific. I have sent zip files of the event logs, hopefully you should receive them soon.
