anyone know what the hell is this?

over the past few days ive been experiencing random crashes/reboots and bsods, usually when playing nhl2002 but also when using textpad.

i looked at the event viewer and theres been a lot of ole32.dll errors and even more so True Vector Engine errors...

like what is this and why is it crashing? is it a service or something? anyone know any quick fixes.... google gave me nothing :|
