my computer is a self built. it is using windows 7 ultimate and when i turn it on it boots to the windows 7 flag the red dot starts to show and then it stops and reboots any help?
 
Full system spec? In the mean time while you are waiting try removing the CMOS battery with the machine unplugged from the wall and holding the power button on the case for 30 seconds before putting it all back together.
