windows task manager is strange...

Normally when you ctrl-alt-delete then go to task manager, it has a menu bar at the top and such where you can 'Run...' and do other stuff.

Well.. that menu bar is gone! this leaves me clueless.. now the task manager is just a resizable frame with no menu bar or any buttons.

yup its supposed to do that, you can double click in the cpu usage graph too to change it.
