Windows tablet - Android tethering

Neither of my Windows 10 tablets seem to want to connect to my Android phone's tethering. Other devices connect fine. The tablets also connect fine to our home WiFi.

What can I try here to figure this out? It's driving me nuts. Win10 troubleshooting didn't solve the problem.
