Windows sticking on 2007 Mazda 3

The glass on the front windows sticks to the rubber gasket so that I have to apply pressure down when trying to open the front windows. I have also noticed that the seal on the hatchback also sticks when opening it along with the doors. Did Mazda use a different type of seal for this year/model? Does anybody have any ideas on how to stop the gasket from sticking?

What kind? The shop I take my car to tried one kind of grease (not sure what kind) which worked for about a week.

Edit: Im going to try some teflon based lube.

I've tried teflon, silicone, all sorts of stuff for seals and by far prefer 'sil-glyde'.
