Windows "standby" not compatible with OC?

Hi all,

So my rig has been stable at its current OC for a couple weeks now. I never used the windows "standby" feature on this rig until today, and boy was I surprised when it came back from standby!!

The CPU came back running 1.8 GHz (the stock value) instead of 2.5 GHz and the CPU temp was 59 instead of my normal 27-30!!

Is this a known issue?
