Windows Sidebar opening itself

Windows sidebar has all of the sudden decided to start opening itself whenever it feels like. I have had it disabled for almost a year. I will go hours sometimes before it will do it too. I am currently running Vista premium 32 bit. Thank you for the help ^^
 
If you press the Windows key and the space bar together it will open the Sidebar automatically. They are close enough together on the keyboard that you might be accidentally pressing both while typing.
 
Well I tried doing the key sequence and it didnt work. I will be fine for a bit but i have times where it will just open over and over 7 or so times. Is there anyway to see what key combos are bound to what or a way to complete stop sidebar? Thank you for the insight so far ^^
