Windows Server 2008 temp folder

Is this folder the same as XP's? I've got 10GB of data in C:\Users\Administrator.domain name\Appdata\Local\Temp. Can I safely empty it?

Yes.

Run line:
%temp%

That will get you to the temp folder in any Windows install that I have come across.
