Windows says my DVD is blank, Nero says it's multisession

This is a cute problem:

I burned a whole bunch of files onto a DVD to back them up. Now I pop that DVD into the drive, and windows identifies it as a blank disc. When I look at the disc in Nero, I see lots of files in there as a multi-session disc.

Does anyone know what might have happened, or how I would go about fixing this so that I can get those files off of there?

Thanks, fellas.

Yup, needed to be finalized. I couldn't figure out how to finalize it (and was scared I'd ruin it), so I opened the disc with UltraISO and used the "Extract" command. It was able to pull the files off without changing the disc (read: burning any bridges, lol).

Software like "UltraISO" always makes me think of Joey Pardell (sp?) from Hackers when he's trying to come up with a handle "Dr. Doom, UltraLaser, etc" hahahaahaha

Glad you got it sorted out.
