Windows Restarting Randomly

I have a problem, randomly as I install stuff and Windows detects anything it restarts. I just built this system containing:

p4c-800e deluxe
3.2
Raptor -Raw format
ATA100-already had OS but I deleted it to make it just a file HD(restarts with this in and out)
TDK Burner
DVD 16x
9800pro
Audigy.

The restarts are generally random. What could this be?

The error I get after restart is: "Windows has recovered from a serious error"

In BIOS change the default setting so they do NOT reboot on all errors.

Then check to see if it is a software setting... drivers.. etc. or if it is your RAM that needs to be reseated.

Just my suggestion. No doubt someome much more knowledgable will be along shortly with better advice!

🙂
