windows prog to mirror a local directory onto the network?

Anyone know of a windows program that I can use to mirror a local directory onto a network share on a different machine?

Ideally, the program would run as a service (I'm running W2k) and would copy files without prompting whenever they were modified.

I don't think the Synchronize program that comes with windows allows you to synch anything other than web pages. (When I try to add a directory as a favorite in IE the "Make available offline" option is not selectable)
